Visitors and locals alike may not realize that Cleveland is home to a global software company attracting software designers and recent tech grads to the region. Who needs Silicon Valley when Westlake, Ohio-based Hyland, is adding to its ranks. The company recently announced plans to add more than 200 skilled positions in 2015 to its three-building Westlake campus, which includes such amenities as an on-site wellness center, on-site childcare, two fitness centers, a badminton/volleyball court, a salon, a dry cleaner, and even a giant slide for getting from the second floor to the first. The company, which was included on Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Companies” to Work For” will be hiring recent college grads as well as experienced professionals. Hyland’s OnBase computer program organizes businesses’ vital information and is used by 13,000 global customers. For more information on available positions and how to apply www.onbase.com/careers.
