An eclectic blend of folk music and bluegrass traditions with Celtic melodies and Afro-Cuban and South American rhythms will fill the Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Happy Days Lodge on January 14 at 8pm when The Duhks, a Canadian fusion band takes the stage inside the 4,000-square-foot hall.
After a two-year hiatus, the band is energized by the return of vocalist Jessee Havey and the addition of new members.
The concert is part of the Cuyahoga Valley Heritage Series and is presented by the National Park Service and the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park, celebrating the cultural legacy of the Cuyahoga Valley. The series is sponsored by WKSU 89.7 FM, Cascade Auto Group, and the Lloyd L. & Louise K. Smith Foundation.
